Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests are handled for token purchases and AI-generated outputs on autoflowex.

1. Token Purchases

Token packs are digital purchases that are added to your autoflowex wallet after checkout.

Because tokens provide immediate access to digital generation tools, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once tokens have been used.

2. Eligible Refund Requests

We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, accidental purchases where tokens remain unused, billing errors, or technical issues that prevent access to purchased tokens.

Refund eligibility is assessed case by case based on purchase status, token usage, account history, and the nature of the issue.

3. Generated Outputs

AI generation can produce varied results. We do not guarantee a specific creative outcome, conversion rate, platform approval, or ad performance.

Used tokens are generally not refundable because compute and generation resources are consumed when an output is created.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to mmn.eruzun@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date, transaction details, and a short explanation of the issue.

We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and understand what happened.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.

Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider, bank, and card network.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in temporary account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.
